It is amazing how different Eastern Oregon is from Western Oregon. Oregon has close to the same amount of land mass as the UK but such a wider variety of scenery. I have been to England, Scotland, Wales, and though I haven't been to Northern Ireland...I can safely say that it doesn't look like Eastern Oregon. I don't know why I find the variety of Oregon scenery so fascinating fascinating. I am the first to admit I am not a landscape photographer. I don't know, maybe living in a state that can't make up its mind if it wants to be hot desert, lava caves, dense almost jungle-like forests, rocky beaches, or grassland, has influenced my inability to decide that I will specialize in one particular art style.
This is just one of the many, many abandoned barns and housese in the area by Treo Ranch where I stayed.
